My Path of Kundalini
My 2 month immersion with Willow has been profound. I'm being shown the parts of myself that are inflexible and rigid. Thought patterns and beliefs! I’m always right, I know best! The need for control. To know everything. This causing a heavy weight of responsibility.
Control is an illusion, everything is always in motion, continuously moving, changing, adapting, like Willow. I need to go with the flow more! The need for control comes from an inner fear of the unknown. Here willow helps us to feel rooted, to feel safe to feel and then to consciously let go of the heavy emotional burden that is weighing down. Willow teaches us how to be adaptable, to be okay with being uprooted, disconnected, cut off and then moving into the unknown with ease and grace, welcoming in the flow of life and re-rooting effortlessly with secure attachment. Willow brings resilience by helping us to see the part we play in creating our life, how we are the creators of our reality and here the need to take responsibility and ownership for how our life is playing out, for our thoughts, words, emotions and actions and then also the outcome. Here we step out of victimhood, of blaming something or someone else and we take full responsibility. We recognise that as creators of our own reality we have the power to bring change to that which is not in harmony. Willow helps us to acknowledge our creative power, embracing accountability and cultivating mindfulness and healthy boundaries. Transforming the weight of carrying responsibility into an act of service and self empowerment!! Willow has been showing me so much!! It’s hard to ground and find my center as her watery ways bring a fluidity and ever changing landscape. Flexibility that also comes with a need for rigidity. Within the right environment the rigidity brings strength and substance and yet when the conditions are not right, inflexibility leads to the rigidity which breaks under strain. It feels so interesting navigating these two polar opposites. Being flexible, strong and going with the flow, while at the same time holding oneself in a way that brings as sense of tension in the form of stability. That all is needed. If one is too flexible there would be no strength, one would be floppy, and unable to hold oneself. Too much tension and we break. Willow helping to navigate and balance these to aspects. Medicine of Willow…. Reflecting upon where in my life I am rooted, flexible and in the flow and where I am not! In what ways does inflexibility and rigidity show up!? How do my thoughts, words, beliefs and actions reflect this!? Where do these come from!? How do these impact my self, my relationships and my life!? What is my unmet need!? 💚 🌳
