My Path of Kundalini
Where does doubt come from?It started as a single thought.......... What am I doing? That thought planted a seed..... The seed began to grow sprouting roots that provoked more questioning. Is this right for me? Is that right right for me? I don't know if what I'm doing is good enough....... Before I knew it I had questioned my entire work and life and come to the conclusion that I was completely off track and I should just go and do something different.... Luckily another thought came in, questioning why I was questioning, why had I allowed myself to be guided by my negative mind, my ego!!!? So I breathed......and breathed long deep breath........connecting back into my heart........ Then I felt the light of my soul and my soul guidance coming through..... Where does doubt come from? Doubt comes when we disconnect from our true self, from our connection to our truth and our soul. Doubt plants a seed that if acknowledged grows and spreads. Our mind is the earth, our emotion we attach is the water that allows the doubt to grow. The more emotion and thought we give the more our little doubt plant grows. It's so easy to get lost within this spiralling entanglement of thought and emotion, not knowing which way to turn, which path to take, which voice to listen to....... If we breathe, take a moment to gaze up above the canopy of doubt that we have grown, to see again the light of our soul shinning through; here we can glimpse the truth, here we can begin to receive clarity and guidance. With each breath deepening this connection again, we feel ourselves rising until the canopy of doubt shrinks away and is replaced by beautiful shinning radiant light that is us. From this space we can gain access to our sensitivity and intuition where we can really know ourselves, where we become in tune with ourself, then we notice the little thoughts, the little feelings, the little seeds we are planting before they grow in huge twisted gnarled branches that smoother us in a canopy of doubt. The power of thought....
Our thoughts and our words create our reality. It is as simple as that..... Take a moment to mindfully observe, be the witness of your thoughts and then witness your life are they in alignment or do your thoughts betray you? Here's a little story....... I'm saving for a car in 3 months I'd manifested £2700. my goal was £3000. Money was trickling in but it was going out again, after 3 weeks I'm saying to myself ''what is going on?'' Suddenly I realise, I'd put a block on it, with a simple, little thought - ''Umm do I really want a car, what will me having a car mean; always on call for running and picking children up!!!'' That one little thought put a block on my car coming to me. Another story. I'm looking at my business, doing some manifestation making sure I use my words wisely, then I think hang on I've written this so many times before x amount of clients a week etc then I notice deep in me a thought, a small, little almost insignificant thought ''ummm do I want to work 2 days?'' followed by a slight anxious feeling in my tummy. No wonder my client base has not increased, when I'm giving mixed signals to the Universe!!!! If you don't like your life look at your thoughts, look at the seeds you are planting for they will grow, so make sure your planting beautiful flowers and not weeds. A beautiful mantra for cutting through negative thinking Jai Te GangKhag khand bihandan khal dal khandan at ran mandan bar bandan Bhuj dandh akhandan tej parchandan jot amandan bhaan prabhan Sukh santaa karnang durman darning kilbikh harnang as sarnang Jai jai jag kaaran srist ubaaran mam pratipaaran jai tegang
