Opening to the Infinite Heart

Sometimes when I am quite, meditating, walking in nature or even washing up I get a feeling deep within my heart., an excited energy like something good is about to happen. For a moment I stay with this energy wondering if it will literally burst from my body, then softly it settles and I'm left wondering what it was.....

I've come to realise this is the place where the Universe dwells, it is the expansive, vitality of creative love that suddenly wants expression or acknowledgement.

For me this energy is the Universe within my body, wanting to be acknowledged, wanting to be let loose like a star burst and gift the world with trillions of infinite stars all of which are me, are You!
We are all the Universe just waiting for expression....

That expression could be through your style, or your work, it could be expressed through music, singing, art, gardening, cooking, literally anything.
When you allow your heart to open connecting to the infinite anything is possible.
